Eunice and Andrew’s wedding was a collaborative effort with the wedding planner Art of Love. We believe in collaboration over competition, and that if we were to combine our creative forces with other capable planners, we can reach beyond our clients’ expectations and uplift each other in the process! Sometimes, unexpected changes occur no matter how much you plan a wedding. Eunice and Andrew planned to have their wedding ceremony outdoors, but it rained on that day and we had to proceed with Plan B: which was an indoor ceremony in the dining hall of the magnificent Tanarimba Visitor Centre. Despite this not being the couple’s first choice, the ceremony turned out to be sweet and intimate; a happy ending! The feature backdrop consisted of a wooden arch with white chiffon drapes beautifully wrapped around it. In addition, flowers brought an extra element of grace to the backdrop, with a huge variety of white flowers and green leaves adorning the arch. Roses, baby’s breath, eustoma, carnations all beamed across the arch in white, set against the heavenly greens of eucalyptus silver dollars, eucalyptus baby blues, paku leaves, pistachio leaves, and ruscus leaves. All of these elements came together in a simplistic but stunning arrangement that encompassed the perfect wedding atmosphere! Fairly lights twinkled down from the ceiling to complete the backdrop and bathe it in a warm, dreamy glow.  The table decor matched the backdrop in all of it’s clean, elegant glory. The familiar verdant splashes of eucalyptus silver dollars, eucalyptus baby blues, and pistachio leaves livened up the table, this time as part of garlands with cylinder vases. White roses, carnations and baby’s breath complimented them perfectly. There were only two types of eucalyptus leaves used to give the decor a clean and minimalistic look; too many leaves in the arrangement might cause the setup to look messy, and we don’t want that! White candles and floating tea light candles also joined the table in 2 different cylinder vases, providing guests with picture-perfect lighting. All of this extravagant decor was topped off with a sweet personal touch from Eunice and Andrew; cereal brands as table numberings for the guests! With all of the wonderful decorations setting, the stage for a perfect and dreamy wedding, Eunice and Andrew’s loved ones gathered around for the big moment. They finally marched into the hall, ready to tie the knot! To complete the whole atmosphere of the wedding’s natural theme, Kombi Van arranged for a bridal car to be the photo area! The yellow van was reminiscent of many a road trip, and polaroid photos completed the ensemble with a sentimental touch! Eunice and Andrew also surprised their guests with personalized wedding favors! The adults received a nice succulent plant, while the kids and overseas guests received adorable wedding favors of dried fruit. The ceremony was quickly followed by a night of celebration and love from all around. One of the highlights of the night was Eunice’s brother singing for the couple as a sweet gesture!  After a fairy tale wedding, all of us here at Eventistry would like to congratulate Eunice and Andrew and wish them a “happily ever after”!
