Pei Zi & Kai Quan’s momentous day was one that showed us a hopeful love – just like their love story, how they had been a ray of sunshine in each other’s lives in the midst of this pandemic.

After countless delays and postponement, Pei Zi & Kai Quan’s happily ever after finally came through. With a romantic evening ceremony and dinner reception after, and a tea ceremony on a separate day. We’re glad we were able to be part of Pei Zi & Kai Quan’s enduring lovers’ ode.

Tea Ceremony

The couple chose the auspicious date 12/12/2020, for their Bride Redemption & Tea Ceremony.

With the bride, Pei Zi, hailing from Negeri Sembilan, the couple got ready wee hours of the morning. What seemed to be an hour-long journey for Kai Quan, travelling from Puchong, surely seemed shorter with the excitement that lies ahead of him!

It was a setting closed to home, filled with fun-filled (and cheeky) Bride Redemption games, and celebrating it with people who truly mattered. The day ended with an intimate afternoon luncheon with family and friends.

Wedding Ceremony & Dinner Reception

Pei Zi & Kai Quan’s wedding ceremony was nothing less than picture-perfect. A seamless embodiment of
boho-rustic with layers of pampas grass, gold details, lush pink & white floral arrangements. It became even more dream-like with an additional white carpet installation for the bride’s march-in.

The beautiful evening started with housekeeping notes by the wedding emcee, with emphasis on SOP compliances for the safety of the guests.

The march in was accompanied by a romantic love script specially requested and written by the couple.
The bride marches in while reminiscing their lover’s tale.

The ceremony hall became a banquet hall just instantly, with a quick venue turnover – as if Fairy Godmother had waved her wand on it. Except, it couldn’t have happened without the help of all of our wedding professionals and proper briefing prior to the wedding. Wedding guests were whisked away with an impressive array of pre-cocktails while waiting for the main highlight of the night.

The night went by simple & sweet, with added touches of emotional speeches by friends and family.
And on a surprise note, the groom surprised the bride with a song during their couple speech.

We’re glad that Pei Zi & Kai Quan had also decided to be part of our #SustainableEvents initiative by partnering their wedding with What A Waste Malaysia (WaW).  Our couple was able to turn their wedding into a mindful occasion: by combating food waste and helping the marginalized community.

Kai Quan & Pei Zi’s wedding certainly will leave a lasting impression on us. We’re excited about what lies ahead for our couple in the next chapters of their love story.
